1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Termsâ€) apply when you access or use ATS Scan AI, including the information website at https://learn.atsscanai.com and the resume-analysis application at https://atsscanai.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and account access
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for controlling access to the email account used for OTP login and for activity performed through your ATS Scan AI account. Do not share OTP codes or attempt to access another person’s account.
3. The service
ATS Scan AI provides AI-assisted resume analysis, which may include scoring, summaries, skills and keyword feedback, formatting observations, job alignment, improvement suggestions, bullet-point ideas, reports, and scan-history comparisons.
The service is a guidance tool. It does not represent an employer, recruiter, or applicant tracking system provider, and it does not guarantee an interview, shortlist, job offer, salary, or other employment outcome.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
You must review every output before using it. Do not add skills, qualifications, employers, achievements, dates, or other statements that are false or misleading.
5. Credits, prices, and payments
One credit is used for one completed resume analysis unless the application clearly states otherwise. Available packages, price, currency, taxes, and final checkout amount are displayed in the application and may change.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. A purchase is complete only after successful payment verification and credit allocation. Contact support@atsscanai.com promptly if a verified payment is not reflected in your account.
Refunds, cancellations, and consumer rights are handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Used credits and completed analyses may not be refundable except where required by law or where the service failed to provide the purchased analysis.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Upload malware, unlawful material, or content you are not authorized to process.
- Use the service to impersonate another person or create fraudulent employment documents.
- Attempt to bypass credits, payment checks, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Probe, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the service.
- Use automated means to access the service without written permission.
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
7. AI output and professional judgment
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for a particular role. The service should not be treated as legal, immigration, recruitment, career, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made using the output.
8. Intellectual property
ATS Scan AI and its website design, software, branding, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You may use generated reports for your own lawful job-search purposes.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, improve the service, or address technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, legal compliance, or a serious violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available†basis without warranties that it will match every ATS, identify every issue, or produce a particular employment outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATS Scan AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or employment-related losses arising from reliance on analysis results. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by mandatory law.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws and mandatory consumer protections applicable to the service operator and to you. Before starting formal proceedings, contact support@atsscanai.com so the issue can be reviewed.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
