How it works

Analyze, improve, and compare your resume

ATS Scan AI turns a resume and role context into a structured report that you can review, download, and use for the next revision.

1

Sign in with email OTP

Enter your email address and verify the one-time password sent to your inbox. No separate password is required.

2

Upload a resume

Choose a PDF, DOCX, or TXT document. The maximum file size is 5 MB.

3

Add job context

Paste a full job description, select an available job role, or enter your own role title.

4

Run the analysis

One credit is used. The service extracts resume text and evaluates it against the role context.

5

Review the report

See the ATS score, summary, matched and missing skills, missing keywords, formatting issues, and recommendations.

6

Revise and compare

Download the report, improve your resume, and scan again to compare changes with recent history.

Input options

Use the most relevant role context available

A complete job description gives the analysis the clearest role-specific context. When one is unavailable, select a predefined role or enter a custom job title.

Report contents

Review the details behind the score

The report includes skills, keywords, experience and education alignment, formatting issues, suggested improvements, better bullet-point ideas, and a final recommendation.

How resume files and history are handled

The application stores the uploaded resume file, extracted text, analysis result, and associated scan information so it can provide scan history and comparisons. The account keeps up to ten recent scans; when additional scans are created, older scan records and their associated uploaded files are scheduled for removal.

Do not upload information that is unnecessary for the analysis. Review the Privacy Policy for more detail about data use, service providers, retention, and your choices.

Review before applying: AI output may contain mistakes or suggestions that do not fit your background. Confirm every fact and edit before using it in an application.
