Service purpose

ATS Scan AI provides automated resume analysis and informational recommendations. It does not provide recruitment, legal, immigration, financial, or guaranteed employment services.

No guaranteed outcomes

Scores and recommendations do not guarantee an interview, job offer, employer response, or successful ATS result.

User responsibilities

You must upload only content you are entitled to use, provide accurate information, review AI output before relying on it, and avoid unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive use.

Credits and payments

Credits are used for resume analyses and are linked to the purchasing account. Review the package and final Razorpay checkout amount before payment. Payment verification is required before credits are added.

Availability

The service may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Features, supported models, prices, and limits may change.

AI output

Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for editing the final resume and ensuring that every claim is truthful.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATS Scan AI is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, employer decisions, or decisions made solely from automated output.
