How ATS Scan AI handles information

Main application data

When you use the main ATS Scan AI application, information may include your email address, account profile, uploaded resume files, extracted resume text, job descriptions or role selections, scan results, credit transactions, and payment references.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. ATS Scan AI receives payment identifiers and status information needed to verify the transaction and add credits. Card or bank credentials are entered in the payment provider's checkout.

Retention

The application maintains a limited scan history and may remove older scans and associated stored resume files. Operational, payment, and security records may be kept for longer where reasonably necessary.
